At all levels of aircraft maintenance ,the aircraft structure damage inspection and repair become essential maintenance means,with the constant improvement of the aircraft maintenance level and deepening of the structure maintenance depth ,thermal damage is as a form of structural damage has become the object of structural inspection and repair ,for aircraft airframe,the concrete showing form of thermal damage is lightning damage ,in thunderstorm season, some parts with high resistance or sharp areas on the plane are vulnerable to lightning ,particularly around the adjacent fasteners, the outer panel skin is usually being thermal damage ,then it will constitute cracks,a hidden danger from skin cracking,the serious lightning and even have ablation on fasteners and breakdown skin,for aircraft parts,some components with high-speed on the plane such as wheel hub,brake hub and shaft running stopped abruptly ,it will cause the surface of parts rise to a high temperature then cause the qualitative change。

involved,therefore make sure the safety of plane structure or parts is very important 。Conductivity is one of the important performance parameters of the metal,for a metal performance with stability ,its conductivity value is always in the scope of a relatively number,and the metal with producing thermal damage and metal conductivity value in wound area and the surrounding area will have corresponding change,by comparing the measured value and the reference value,it is easy to quantitatively judge whether the performance of the metal has changed。The accuracy of conductivity meter is high ,high efficiency,simple operation and easy to carry,the conductivity measurement of aircraft structure is very effective,so using the electrical conductivity meter do electrical conductivity value measurement on metal structure is one of effective and important methods to measure plane structure 。
